- please publish ONLY classifieds related to renting, letting, subletting property (rooms, houses, apartments, villas, condos, flats, offices, penthouses, homes, buildings - warehouses, factories, shop lots, workshops, garages can be accepted as well)
- DO NOT post commercial classifieds to sell your camera, laptop, iphone, phone or your fantastic selling scheme to make others richer, thank you - such posts will be DELETED immediately; if you're registered, you will be banned, if you try it again, your IP will banned. (However you can sell your stuff on he forums, there are sections for that - just do not use the main website please)
- DO NOT post unlawful or illegal classifieds that breach malaysian, singaporean, brunei or international law. Fraudulent and illict posts will be REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES, to your website host and to your internet provider. Always. It happened in the past.
- If you are unsure about something, you can always ask in the forums.
- If you need to sell something, as long as it is legal, you can use the forum, there are sections for generic classifieds. Classifieds published in the forum do not expire. You need to be registered to post in the forum.
- Please respect others. Do not send spam (unsolicited emails) to others (this is an illicit behavior and can be reported to authorities).
- Use common sense, you are no better or smarter than others.
